Do yourself a favor and use Chelle! She is amazing! Answers all questions and concerns. She went over and beyond to get us our mortgage and never gave up on our file and my far from good credit. On our first call she said for me to do exactly what she said and we would be fine. And she was exactly right. We had a nightmare happen with our file towards the end, I knew it was bad, Chelle kept me sane and didn’t even concern me with a lot of it. She just did everything in her power to get us to closing. She made a miracle happen. If I ever have to go through the process again I wouldn’t use anyone but her!!
